Where are YOU on this scale?
How to get from where You are to where You want to be, using science.
There is No Right or Wrong here.
We have all hear about the Law of Attraction. As well as the Law of Assumption & the Law of Opposites & the Law of…well, you get it.
I do subscribe to the theories presented in those philosophies, as I have seen some evidence of that in certain times of my life. However, they are not tangible enough for all of us to say for sure whether they exist, or whether they are actually at work in our daily experience.
One thing we all can agree on, is that we vibrate. Everything vibrates. Nothing is still. The atoms that make the very core of our physical existence vibrates. Only the dead remain dead.
Energy is neither created nor destroyed. It is only converted from one state to another.
This does not only mean from a physical state to an ethereal state and back, but it also refers, I believe, to the frequencies at which our minds vibrate.
Our minds vibrate in response to a thought. If we think we need to have some coffee, this stimulates our mind to send signals to the rest of our body and makes us drive to the nearest Starbucks and buy a latte.
In this same way, our emotions are also vibrations. They are the consequence of a thought form or of a thought pattern, which then stimulates our brain and body to secrete certain chemicals, which then indicates if we are distressed or happy.
Therefore, our emotions are real because the effect they have on the way our body moves or the actions we take, is real.
Our daily life experiences cause us to flow between peaks and troughs in our emotional stability, several times a day, depending on the stimuli.
We are basically moving, or being moved, between different states of mind, each state corresponding to a different energy, or vibration. And these vibrations are connected to the specific state of our being at that minute.
The basis of this emotional scale is to help us identify if we are in an Expansionary (Love) state or a Contractionary (Fear) state.
Our usual confusion of what we are feeling at any point in time feeds on itself and draw us deeper into more uncertainty and puts us in a ‘divided mind’ i.e., worry. We cannot differentiate between on or the other.
The whole premise of the Law of Attraction is that we will attract like for like. That is, if we are vibrating in a happy state, we will start to attract i.e., notice more instances of happy circumstances, happy coincidences, better opportunities and more. It is because our brain is magnetized with the ‘happy’ emotion that we automatically start to view all the best things around us.
Vice versa if we are ‘sad’.
The popular movement today is about Manifestation. Using your emotions, using your thoughts in order to produce i.e., manifest an object or situation out of thin air. This is too simplified and very misleading.
I say that the only think we need to manifest, is the feeling. Everything else follows suit. This is where the above emotional vibration scale comes in handy.
By looking at the rungs on the scale, we can immediately identify where we are, emotionally. We will be able to recognize our state of mind and therefore our state of vibration.
Remember, our brain does not stop thinking. It simply notices what we tell it to notice. And we tell it to notice things that match how we feel.
Do you get the idea now?
Use this scale, many times a day, and identify your state of being.
How are you Feeling? Where are You? What are you noticing around you i.e. What are you attracting? Are you getting from where you are to where you want to be? If not, do you need to change your state i.e., Do you need to think different thoughts?
The Law of Attraction is thin air or invisible to those who do not yet subscribe to it, but this emotional scale is probably the best way to manipulate it to your desire. It is a way to ‘Grab Air’ with your hands.
The whole idea is to practice thoughts and feelings that move you up the scale. Moving up the scale emotionally will change your life experience.
It is certainly worth an attempt.
